1. Prices and ordering
All prices are quoted in DKK and EUR and inclusive of VAT at 25%. The prices are exclusive of carriage, which will be added to the order when the order is accepted in the webshop. Orders under DKK 50 / Euro 7 will be subject to a fee of DKK 50 / Euro 7. The agreement concerning the purchase of products from Malte Haaning Plastic A/S [hereinafter ‘MHP’] webshop is considered to have been established with final effect when the order has been dispatched by MHP.
MHP accepts no liability for any printing errors, pricing errors or VAT and tax changes. Offers are valid while stocks last.
 
2. Payment terms
At MHP, you can use the following methods of payment:
  • Eurocard/MasterCard
  • Visa
  • JCB
There is no charge for using payment cards. The order amount will be debited from your account when the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. MHP uses the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts (encodes) information. After you have entered your card number and expiry date and approved the payment, you will be directed back to the website’s general pages. If your browser is set up appropriately, you will be informed that this is an insecure page. This is entirely normal and safe as regards security. Your card number will only be registered with NETS. It will never be possible to deduct a larger amount than that which corresponds to your order and which is the amount that you approve when you pay for your order.
 
3. Order confirmation and delivery
When you order goods from MHP, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains an overview of the goods you have ordered, indicating the price paid and your name and delivery address.
We aim to dispatch the goods within three to five working days after receipt of an order.
When you purchase from MHP, you can select Post Danmark or courier as delivery methods. Delivery is calculated based on Post Danmark or the courier company’s current rates. If you wish your order to be delivered by a different carrier, please contact Customer Services on tel. +45 97 72 12 66 (weekdays between 8 am and 3 pm). All shipments will be delivered to: Incoterms 2010 DAP (Ship-to address).
The invoice will be sent with the package.
Unfortunately we can’t deliver to the ”British Overseas Territories”, countries in ”The French Community Union of 1958” outside France and American military bases.
Institutions and other public bodies can pay by bank transfer or credit card. We do NOT offer payment by electronic invoice.
 
4. Right of return and cancellation
Goods can be returned up to 14 days after receipt if they are in essentially the same condition as upon receipt, so that the goods have not lost any significant value for MHP. The goods can be exchanged for other goods or you can receive a refund. This will be processed after MHP has received the returned goods.
You must pay the cost of carriage on return. If you wish to exchange the goods, you will be sent the new goods carriage-free.

5. Complaints
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to complain for a period of 24 months after the date of purchase for all goods. This right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about original faults and defects in connection with the product that become apparent up to 24 months after the product was purchased. The right of complaint covers manufacturing faults and defects.
Product defects caused by ordinary wear, rough play or incorrect use are not covered by the right of complaint. You must complain within a reasonable period of time after you become aware of the defect. We will refund any reasonable carriage costs you incur in returning the product when the complaint is justified. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transport or if a product breaks immediately after receipt, we will send you a replacement product. You can also choose to have your money refunded. If you wish to complain, you should contact us as soon as possible. To speed up the process, please have the invoice which you received with the product to hand.

Disputes that involve MHP shall be resolved by the Court in Holstebro, Denmark as the court of first instance, unless mandatory legislation indicates otherwise.
 
6. Confidentiality
In order to be sent goods, you must state your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you have ordered goods that are to be sent to someone else, you must also state the delivery address.
MHP will store your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address in a customer database to which only MHP’s employees will have access. The information will be retained for five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. MHP’s customer information will not be disclosed or sold to third parties. Your information will be used to market our services to you if you have expressly given your permission for us to do so. You can be deleted from the customer database at any time by sending an e-mail to info@hama.dk.
As a customer, you can always ask to see the information that is held on you and you can object to the record in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
 
7. Security
MHP uses the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts (encodes) information. Credit card information will therefore be sent directly from the payment server via NETS to the bank – and will not be saved or stored in our system or any other party’s system at any time.
In the case of payment by debit card, you will always be protected against misuse. You will not have to pay any excess if your card is misused in an internet transaction that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. 
8. General reservations

No liability is accepted for any printing errors, sold-out goods or tax changes. Prices are subject to change.
