Terms and conditions – Anja Takacs giveaway - 2023.11.30

The giveaway is organized by Malte Haaning Plastic A/S, Ringvejen 51, 7900 Nykøbing Mors, Denmark.

1. DESCRIPTION
In this giveaway, participants can win a book by Anja Takacs alongside a predefined bundle of beads, pegboards and ironing papers by Hama as promoted on Hama’s Instagram profile page (https://www.instagram.com/beadsbyhama/).

A post published on Instagram dated November 30, 2023, describes how to enter the giveaway: By following both @anja_takacs and @beadsbyhama on Instagram as well as comment on and like the giveaway post.

The giveaway runs from November 30 until December 14, 2023, at 12pm CET. At the end of the giveaway period, a draw for 2 participants will be administered and the winners will be contacted through Instagram Direct Messages in order to secure the address to which a giveaway prize should be sent. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

2. PARTICIPATION
The campaign is open to anyone who has reached the age of 18 at the time of the competition and has a registered address to which the prize can be delivered. Participation will only be valid when the campaign instructions specified in the initial campaign posting are executed correctly.

3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the competition, you must follow @beadsbyhama and @anja_takacs on Instagram and also comment on and like the post on Instagram according to the instructions in the copy to the post dated November 30, 2023. If a winner has not responded to the direct message from Hama on Instagram within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner of the prize will be drawn.

4. RIGHTS
Malte Haaning Plastic may use all materials and statements from this competition without restriction in connection with Hama related online marketing without requesting further permission or compensating the participant.

5.RESPONSIBILITY
This campaign is not connected to, sponsored, or managed by Facebook or Instagram (by Meta). Personal information provided when participating in the competition will not be shared with third parties or used for anything other than the delivery of prizes related to this specific giveaway. All rights to stop, delete, or modify the content and terms of this promotion are vested solely with the organizers. The organizers disclaim all responsibility for materials uploaded by the participants in relation to the giveaway.
