At MHP, you can pay with the following payment cards:
- Dankort
- Visa/Dankort
- Eurocard/MasterCard Credit

- Mobilepay
Institutions and other public companies have the option of paying by bank transfer, credit card or EAN. You just have to write an email to ms@hama.dk
It is our aim that the goods are sent within 1-2 working days from receiving the order. The transport time depends on the shipping method, but usually it should be delivered within 8 days.
It is possible to return goods up to 14 days after receipt, if the goods are in essentially the same condition as when they were received, so that the goods have not lost significant value for MHP. The item can be exchanged for other items or the money returned. This happens after MHP has received the returned item.
When returning, you pay the shipping yourself. If you want the item exchanged, you will get the new items sent free of charge.
Cancellation of an order can take place as long as the order has not been dispatched.
To cancel your order, send an email to info@hama.dk, where you state the order no.
Please note that MHP only debits your card when the item is shipped. When you cancel an order before dispatch, no money will be deducted for the item.
There are 3 different bead sizes. Mini is at least Ø2.5 x 2.5 mm, Midi Ø5 x 5mm (the most used bead) and Maxi Ø10 x 10 mm. Pin plates are available that fit the 3 different bead sizes.
5+ is the recommended age. For Midi, we recommend that you are 5 years old, Maxi 3 years old and Mini 10 years old
